MacBook Pro 2016 release date and specs rumors: Upcoming laptop to run on Intel's KabyLake
Apple fans are excited about the upcoming iPhone event in September, wherein the company is rumored to launch several highly anticipated devices including the new iPhone 7 and the MacBook Pro 2016. According to reports the new flagship laptop of the company will be released in November.
Despite the rampant rumors of its release, Apple has yet to officially announce the MacBook Pro 2016. Nearly two months ago, a lot of Apple fans were disappointed when the company failed to unveil the laptop during the Worldwide Developers Conference or WWDC 2016.
With its hype getting out of control, fans are expecting the company to finally reveal the new laptop before the year ends.
According to the latest reports, the MacBook Pro 2016 will come out in the market better than ever. It is said to sport a new design with impressive specifications under the hood. There are speculations that the device will run on Intel's next generation processor, Kaby Lake. It was previously reported that the laptop will run on the current SkyLake processor; however, to achieve better performance, the company decided to up the ante in the competition.
According to MacRumors , the new MacBook Pro 2016 will arrive thinner and lighter than its predecessor. New features will be added to the device including an OLED touch bar right on top of the keyboard. The new display system is said to replace the traditional function keys of portable computers.
Other features will include wireless charging capability, NFC support and TouchID panel. It will also carry a 4G and LTE connectivity, which is something new to Apple in terms if laptop development.
As of the moment, all rumors and speculations have yet to be confirmed by Apple. Fans are advised to take these reports with a grain of salt until the company decides to release an official statement.
