'Mass Effect 4' Gameplay Leak News: Players Explore Various Solar Systems, Meet Aliens
In "Mass Effect 4," players will get to step into the roles of pathfinders as they travel through various solar systems to collect much needed resources and build colonies. On their missions, they will get to encounter a number of aliens from various races who will turn out to be either friend or foe.
This information was gathered in a recent game leak made by a Reddit user who provided the direction the new game "Mass Effect 4" will take.
Several gaming sites attempted to verify whether the leak was genuine or not. However, they failed to find any conclusive evidence for or against the leak.
Regardless, the leak showed that the game was in the design phase. It pointed towards the game exploring a massive area known as the Helius Cluster in the Andromeda Galaxy which spreads over hundreds of solar systems.
There is also going to be some sort of quest for a lost technology held by the last members of an alien race called the Remnant. This technology, according to the leak, "holds the key to gaining power in this region of the galaxy," which means that several forces and alien races are searching for it.
As with previous games in the franchise, players can take two friends called "Squadmates" on missions.
The leak also mentioned a character named Cora who has the ability to create biotic shields.
Loyalty Missions are also going to return. By completing them, players will earn more loyalty and earn a new skill tree.
The missions in the game include raids on Remnant vaults to find ancient artifacts, and combat challenges that take place in Khet outposts.
