'Naruto Shippuden' episodes 484, 485 spoilers: Sasuke seeks Orochimaru's help in next episode; other Hiden series adaptations coming in 2017
Saddled with a mission that only someone like him with a visual jutsu can handle, Sasuke continues his journey of atonement, with Konoha and the rest of the shinobi world's safety on the line. In the next episode of the Japanese anime series, "Naruto Shippuden," he will seek the assistance of a former mentor to get to the bottom of the mystery surrounding the exploding humans as quickly as possible.
In episode 485 titled "Coliseum," Sasuke teams up with travelling performers, Chino and Nowaki, and decides to meet with former mentor, Orochimaru. Sasuke believes that since the Sannin used to dabble in human experimentations, he must have information that can link the victims to one notorious source.
Orochimaru will then suggest for Sasuke to meet a medical rogue ninja named Oyashiro En, who also happens to be an infamous kekkei genkai collector. Orochimaru thinks this will be Sasuke's best shot at meeting the leader of the rogue group that allegedly controls the exploding humans, since, this person, like Sasuke, is also a kekkei genkai user.
The kekkei genkai are genetic abilities that are passed down within specific shinobi clans. Apparently, there are rich people who lust over these abilities, and will even hire shinobis to fight in a tournament wherein the winner gets to take both shinobis on the battlefield for himself. This place is called the Colisuem, and this is where Sasuke, along with Orochimaru, will be heading next.
Meanwhile, Crunchyroll has just cited a schedule list that teased what's coming next for "Naruto Shippuden." It seems that the on-going adaptation of Shin Towada's light novel, "Sasuke Shinden: Book of Sunrise" will run for the entire month of December. This will be followed by the adaptation of another light novel — "Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness" by Takashi Yano — next year in January.
Then, as a love month offering, the anime series will also be adapting "Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding" by Shou Hinata in February. This final light novel will feature Naruto and Hinata's wedding.
There are speculations that the rumored "Boruto Arc" will follow suit in March.
