'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing' release date and update: Different gameplay expected; to feature young characters
Shonen Games and Bandai Namco are gearing up for the release of their next mobile app game, "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing." Many "Naruto" fans have been looking forward to playing it already. However, there is no word yet on when it will specifically be released.
All that is revealed is that the game will be making its way to Japan sometime this year. There is no announcement also on whether it will be made available in other countries but considering the large fan base of "Naruto," it's expected to be out internationally.
Official details are kept under wraps but the rumor mill is packed with information on what the game might come with. For starters, it is said that the new title will be a different one compared to the other "Naruto" games. The upcoming game will necessitate a team of three before playing, which means there will be three characters that will be playing together. This gameplay is unique from the earlier games which usually engaged in a one-on-one battle.
It's also said that there's going to be an Ultimate Justu, which provides characters a power surge. Players can opt to use it whenever needed. As for the characters, it's noted in the game's official website that all will be in their early youth. The appearances of Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and more in the featured image are exactly the ones from the original "Naruto" series.
And even though the title is a free-to-play mobile game, players can get more characters through in-app purchase. No need to be dismayed though as it's expected that there will be some bonuses that will be coming along for those who will pre-register. More characters are also predicted to be added later on.
Those who are interested to pick up the game once it's launched will have to stay tuned for updates.
