Newlyweds John Luke and Mary Kate Robertson Travel to Australia for Honeymoon

Reality television star John Luke Robertson recently shared the details of his honeymoon following his late June nuptials to Mary Kate McEacharn.

The two newlyweds reportedly jetted off to a fun two week honeymoon in Australia and Indonesia following their June 27 wedding in West Monroe, Louisiana, where John Luke is from.

Robertson, who is one of the stars of the A&E reality show "Duck Dynasty," has shared multiple photos of his nuptials and subsequent honeymoon on Instagram, including a photo of him and his wife dancing at the wedding, as well as a photo of them hanging out on the beach and feeding kangaroos.

Mary Kate also shared a photo of the happy couple on a boat with the caption: "These past two weeks were an absolute dream! But happy to be heading back to Louisiana."

John Luke previously told Us Weekly magazine that he and his wife were planning to go to Australia for their honeymoon.

 "We're going to the Outback! I'm a groomsmen in a wedding on the Fourth of July in Australia. It's a crazy story how I met this guy but we ended up becoming best friends and he's from Australia," Robertson said.

"His Visa expired so he had to move back. He got engaged a week after I did and so I called him to tell him about my engagement and he told me about his and he wanted me to be in his wedding. So we're kind of killing two birds with one stone."
