Texas Pastor, exposed for sex tapes, refuses to resign

A pastor from Houston, Texas who was exposed for making sex tapes is refusing to step down, even when members of his congregation are demanding his resignation.

Hosea Stubblefield, the head pastor of Salem Missionary Baptist Church, was forced to confess his behavior to his congregation after some of his videos were published on a blog by a woman who claimed that she once dated him.

Stubblefield, who was recently divorced, admitted that he made between five and 10 sex tapes over a 10-year period, and the most recent one was taped two years ago. He noted that he was not a pastor at Salem Missionary Baptist Church when he made the videos, but he admitted that he had been a preacher for over 12 years.

The woman, who identified herself as B. Coll, said that she ended her relationship with the pastor when he asked to make a sex tape with her on Sept. 25, 2016.

"He gets up on Sundays and preach against EVERY sin he's committing in these videos. He is leading his congregation straight to Hell and they don't even know it. He's too arrogant to resign," the woman wrote on her blog.

Craig Davis, the head deacon and trustee at the church, said that Stubblefield once dated his daughter, and he now wants Stubblefield to resign.

"Disgusting, I trusted and believed. I had been working with him for over a year before he became our pastor," Davis told Fox26.

"I was sitting in different pastor sermons and it was just disgusting knowing I was betrayed," he continued.

Stubblefield said that Davis' family, who exposed the sex scandal to the church, has been kicked out by the congregation.

The pastor said that he will file criminal charges against the person who stole the videos. He claims that he has received support from people all over the country.

"Watch what you do today because it could haunt you tomorrow. Just make sure you are as accountable as you can be for your actions at all times," he said.

Lecobeun Lewis, a member of the congregation, said that he will not return to the church until Stubblefield is removed.
