'Pokémon Sun and Moon' news update: New leaked details reveal concrete information about game

While game developer Game Freak and publisher, The Pokémon Company is gearing up for the release of the highly anticipated "Pokémon Sun and Moon," leaked details with regard to the title continue to emerge all over the internet. According to reports, the latest leaks have uncovered solid information about the upcoming video game.

Prior to the latest rumor, several "Pokémon Sun and Moon" leaks have allegedly revealed concrete details about the Aloha region. The leaked information coming from several media outlets show how the sunny Aloha affects the likes of Ninetales, Vilpix, Sandslash and Sandshrew.

The latest leaks apparently tell people that there are other original Pokémon, aside from the ones mentioned, that have found the Aloha region a good place to call home.

The new reports have revealed several Pokémon with their short description such as Alolan Rattata & Raticate are actually Dark-type, Alolan Abra, Kadabra & Alakazam are Fighting-type, Alolan Butterfree is Bug/Psychic, Alolan Nidoking & Nidoqueen are Poison/Fighting-type.

Others are the Water-type Alolan Growlithe & Arcanine and Alolan Doduo & Dodrio are said to be Fighting/Flying-type in the new "Pokémon Sun and Moon" video game.

  • The anime's Ash-Greninja will appear in the game.
  • The previous versions of Pokémon which have taken on new forms will only be accessible by bringing in from older games.
  • Furfrou gets new styles.
  • New cat Pokémon varies in type and appearance based on breeding.
  • There is a new snowman Pokémon line with two stages and it is Ice/Ghost.
  • Not to get hopes up, but there may be two final evolutions for each starter.
  • There will be no traditional Gyms and no Pokémon League in Alola. Your goal is to actually create one. After you do, an Elite 4 will appear which are the leaders of each island.

Fans should take note that The Pokémon Company, Nintendo and Game Freak have yet to confirm these reports.
