A lot of fans have been waiting for more news on Lionsgate and Saban's "Power Rangers" reboot and it looks like they will get what they want come the New York Comic-Con (NYCC).

The panel was announced via the movie's Twitter account and it says that they will debut the first official look of the movie in NYCC 2016. The panel is said to take place on Oct. 8, 2 p.m. at the Madison Square Garden.

All the members of the cast are expected to make an appearance at the panel. These actors would include Elizabeth Banks and Bryan Cranston. Banks will reportedly play the villain in the film, Rita Repulsa, and Cranston will be playing the Rangers' mentor, Zordon.

The announcement was then followed by a batch of character posters that feature the Rangers in full suits and standing on their Dinozords. This is the first confirmation of Dinozords in the film, and by the looks it, there will be some very massive mechs when they appear in the movie. They look like they can even go head to head with the Jaegers from "Pacific Rim."

In other news, "Saturday Night Live" alum Bill Hader has been cast in the film. He will be providing the voice of Alpha 5. Alpha 5 is the robot sidekick of the Rangers, and no doubt that with Hader's involvement, Alpha 5 will be one funny character.

This isn't the first time Hader has voiced a robot for a movie. In last year's "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," he was the voice consultant — along with "Parks and Recreation" actor Ben Schwartz — for the franchise's lovable new droid, BB-8.

A lot of fans are excited to see more of the "Power Rangers" reboot, and the movie is expected to hit theaters on March 24, 2017.
