'Pretty Little Liars' season 7 episode 6 spoilers: Another character will die? Executive producer weighs in on Aria's engagement ring
Will another character die in "Pretty Little Liars" season 7? That seems to what the latest promo clip for the sixth episode seems to hint, but fans would have to wait some time before they find out the answer, as the show would go on a brief hiatus. It will come back on air on Aug. 2.
Last Tuesday's episode titled "Along Comes Mary" saw Ezra (Ian Harding) getting down on one knee and presenting a ring to Aria (Lucy Hale). However, the episode had to end before Aria could answer. The episode also showed Hanna receiving a call from someone who seemed to know something about Elliot Rollins' (Huw Collins) death. Now a question looms. Did Elliot really die that night the Liars ran him off?
Carter Matt shared the synopsis for Tuesday's episode titled "Wanted: Dead or Alive."
"The Rosewood P.D. begins to unravel the Liars' cover-up, which leads them to question Rollins' death altogether. Hanna deals with an inward battle on whether or not to tell the cops the truth, while Ezra struggles with an awkwardness in their relationship. Jenna reveals part of her plot and a new partner she is in cahoots with. Ali learns that the Liars gave her up as Charlotte's killer in order to free Hanna, which does not go over well. Meanwhile, someone is murdered for playing with the wrong team."
How will the Liars react now that the police are on to them? Would Hanna (Ashley Benson) tell on her friends? Who is going to die in the next episode?
Meanwhile, executive producer Marlene King spoke with Entertainment Tonight where she dished on Aria's engagement ring. Apparently, several options were presented to them, before they finally decided on the one Ezra presented to Aria.
According to King, they wanted the ring to be something Ezra would certainly pick out for Aria. She said they wanted it to be "something that wasn't necessarily a ring that just anybody would wear. It felt special and like something Aria would really appreciate."
Nevertheless, King said there is a possibility that Aria would say reject the proposal. After all, she is still keeping something from Ezra, particularly that she was involved in the "death" of Elliot.
What King assured is that "Pretty Little Liars" season 7 would be the most romantic installment yet of the series.
