The publication added that the sequel will feature two new protagonists, who will go on a treasure hunt journey and face adversaries. Apparently, the game developer will make "Red Dead Redemption 2" official sometime in 2017, leading up to its release late next year.

Although nothing is set in stone yet, many fans believe that it is only a matter of time before Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive decide to provide an official statement with regard to the highly anticipated sequel of "Red Dead Redemption"
