Though "Rick and Morty" season 3 hasn't arrived yet, the marketing for Adult Swim has released claymation of the duo for Halloween called "Rick and Morty: The Non-Canonical Adventures." The clips put Rick and Morty in parody videos that mimic that of the marketing for "American Horror Story" season six.

All five clips have the duo in some sort of parody from famous horror or sci-fi movies like "Ex Machina," "The Thing," and "Halloween." There's also a clip mimicking classic horror movie "The Fly" and, oddly enough, sci-fi comedy "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids."

The voices of the characters are also provided by "Rick and Morty" co-creator Justin Roiland, so even if the third season hasn't been released, fans can still get a tiny dose of the hit Adult Swim show before it hits near the end of the year.

In other news, "Rick and Morty" producer and writer Dan Guterman has gone on Twitter to say that he is "officially done" with work on the third season. He then went on to say, "I did maybe my best work ever over the last 12 months and I am very happy to not have to do any more. #sleep"

With "Rick and Morty" season 3 done, all fans will have to do is wait for it to air on Adult Swim. At the end of the second season, Earth was finally introduced to the intergalactic government while Rick was sent off to a prison planet. Hopefully the third season will see his escape and his reunion with grandson Morty.

"Rick and Morty" is a sci-fi comedy animation about genius inventor Rick and his grandson Morty who travel the multiverse and explore new worlds and strange things. Along for the ride are Morty's family, his older sister Summer, and his parents Beth and Jerry.

"Rick and Morty" season 3 is expected to come out before the end of the year.
