'Riverdale' season 1 episode 8 spoilers: Family feuds and deep secrets to be unveiled

When "Riverdale" season 1 returns with chapter eight, family feuds that might be connected to Jason's (Trevor Stines) murder will be unveiled. Meanwhile, Jughead (Cole Sprouse) will have a secret of his own revealed that might change how his pals see him.

"Riverdale" season 1 is currently on a three-week break, but when it returns, it will come with big revelations of family feuds that might be connected to Jason's murder.

Previously on the show, the pregnant Polly Cooper (Tiera Skovbye) has moved from living with the Blossoms to staying with the Lodges because Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) thinks that her parents have bad intentions with Polly.

This might be the reason Hermione will be telling her daughter about the long on-going feud between the Coopers and the Blossoms.

As seen from the promo for episode 8 titled "The Outsiders," Hermione tells her daughter, Veronica (Camila Mendes), "The Blossoms and the Coopers, they've been the Hatfields and McCoys long before Polly (Tiera Skovbye) was pregnant."

Later on, the feud is fuelled by Peneplope Blossom (Nathalie Boltt) trying to embarrass Alice Cooper (Mädchen Amick) by asking her why Polly isn't staying with them.

Meanwhile, aside from the Blossoms and the Coopers, the Jones' will be having a revelation of their own.

The episode listing on The Futon Critic reads: "As Fred (Luke Perry) and his crew are about to start construction he loses his crew, which could put his livelihood in jeopardy. Wanting to help his dad, Archie (KJ Apa) and his friends pitch in to help but after one of them is attacked, the gang comes up with a plan that lands them in Southside Serpent territory. With Jughead's (Cole Sprouse) secret revealed, he is worried about how his friends will react."
