Brazilian mixed martial artist and current UFC women's bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes seems pretty confident that she can defend her title against the mixed martial arts (MMA) star Ronda Rousey in UFC 207.

The upcoming fight is going to be Rousey's first match after she was knocked out cold by Holly Holm at UFC 193.

In an interview with TMZ, Nunes, who is also known as The Lioness, said she has a 200% chance of winning the fight against Rousey. The title holder also admitted that she is grateful that Rousey took the fight.

"This is the moment I've been waiting for," Nunes said to the news outlet before adding, "I've been training for Ronda Rousey since my first fight in UFC."

When UFC president Dana White announced that Nunes will be battling against Rousey at UFC 207, many mixed martial artists such as Cris Cyborg and Julianna Pena objected to the match, claiming that Rousey is underserving after her last fight.

Nunes, on the other hand, disagreed with the recent objections. The Lioness claimed that Rousey deserves to have another fight, since she defended her title multiple times prior to losing to Holm.

Though Nunes is thankful, she won't be holding back at UFC 207. Nunes claimed that when it comes to judo, she is far superior to the first U.S. woman to gain the Olympic medal in the sport. Rousey earned her Olympic medal at the 2008 summer Olympics held in Beijing.

"My message to her is to say thank you, this fight's going to change my life, my career and I hope she's ready," Nunes told TMZ. "I know she's a very tough opponent, but I'm the best in the world," she boldly claimed.

MMA fans can catch Amanda Nunes' match against Ronda Rousey at UFC 207, which will be held on Dec. 30.
