Samsung's Galaxy A series was first launched in 2015, and due to a leak that shows a Bluetooth certification of an alleged Samsung Galaxy A7 model, tech experts already speculate that the new version might be unveiled by the end of this year, or by the start of the new year — as was always the company's schedule of announcing new devices.

In a leaked certificate from Bluetooth SIG, it is indicated that the upcoming Galaxy A7 would have a 5.5-inch display, could be powered by Samsung's own Exynos 7870 chipset processor, 3GB worth of random-access memory (RAM), and an internal storage that could vary from 32GB to 64GB — with an expandable memory card feature, of course.

Furthermore, the Galaxy A7's phone cameras can be possibly 16MP cameras (both rear and selfie cameras) with the rear camera having an aperture of f/1.9. Its battery is also at 3,600-milliampere-hour (mAh), and comes equipped with the essentials such as a Type-C USB port, 4G LTE feature, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

As for the actual device, speculations already suggested that the new phone might be water and dust resistant. No details are known about these yet, but it is expected that the water-resistant feature is not of the absolute type, but it can withstand being left under the rain or excessive sweat from the hands.

Despite a newly released Android Nougat OS, Samsung Galaxy A7 is only expected to carry the Marshmallow OS — this could be a disappointment for fans who are raring to experience the new Android OS by now. It is also not clear if the A7 will be upgradeable to Nougat, but for now, it seems that users will be using the old OS from Android if they go with the A7.

An estimated price is also not known yet, and fans still need to wait for a final confirmation from Samsung since these are mostly speculations that are being drawn out by fans and tech experts.
