Samsung experienced a major breakdown due to the issues with Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The South Korean giant, however, is expected to rise above it all by releasing the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S8.

Tech analysts believe that Samsung Galaxy S8 will bring back the glory that Samsung lost with the Note 7. Therefore, the anticipated device is expected to have innovative, top-of-the-line features that the company has never presented before.

It could be remembered that Samsung already confirmed their partnership with Qualcomm to provide them processors needed for their premium devices. The tech company did not mention any device, but it is believed that they are pertaining to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Edge. Both gadgets are said to be installed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 has yet to be released and it is expected to be unveiled at next year's Consumer Electronics Show in January. Leaked specs of the chipset have been circulated through different tech websites, featuring a Kryo 200 central processing unit (CPU) coupled with eight cores.

The leak was found on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site similar to Twitter. The leaked specs table shows Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, with MSM8998 as a model number, as well as a graphics card of Adreno 540 and the company's premium modem, the Snapdragon X16, capable of delivering 16bps download speeds.

The leak also shows that the device is built with a powerful 10nm FinFET manufacturing process and can deliver 27 percent faster performance with 40 percent lower power consumption. If all these rumors are true, and if the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 will truly be installed in Samsung Galaxy S8, then the handset will be the fastest Android-based gadget to come out in 2017.

However, both Samsung and Qualcomm are keeping a quiet lip about everything. More news is expected to come in the coming months so stay tuned.
