The internet just cannot get enough of the Samsung Galaxy S8, which starred in a live image shared by a tipster on the Chinese social networking site, Weibo.

The image showed that the South Korea-based tech giant's next premium offering is, like the reports stated, shaking off the home button, making the bottom bezels significantly slimmer.

To balance it out, of course, the top bezels were also slashed. The image also showed that there are almost no bezels on the left and right-hand side of the Samsung Galaxy S8.

As for the fingerprint sensor, it finds a new home behind the glass display of the Samsung Galaxy S8, as stated in previous reports about the flagship.

It is unclear if the Samsung Galaxy S8's display will be larger due to the thinner bezels or it will be smaller in size altogether. Either way, for a first live image, this gives away much about the device.

However, users are advised to take this with a pinch of salt as there is no information yet to prove the authenticity of the image.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is one of the most important devices to come out from the tech giant as it will be the handset that will make or break it after the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.

The flagship is expected to earn the trust of Samsung fans once again and if the image is anything to go by, the company is serious in having the mobile world develop confidence in the brand.

As far as the specifications and features go, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is said to be powered by Qualcomm's latest — the Snapdragon 835 processor, the first from the company to be built on 10-nanometer architecture.

This mobile chipset should do wonders for the performance and battery life of the Samsung Galaxy S8. The Galaxy maker is expected to use it wisely as the device is just one of many upcoming flagships to make use of the processor.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 next month.
