Latest reports reveal that the much awaited Samsung Gear S3 will be released in mid-November. The next iteration of the South Korean tech giant's smartwatch is expected to be out in the company's home country, South Korea, next month. It will be followed by the release of the Gear S3 in the United States and other big cities in Europe.
There is no exact release date yet for the release of the latest Samsung smartwatch this November, although it was reported that the United States and South Korea will be first countries to receive the Gear S3, according to GSM Arena. However, the online publication has learned that the pre-ordering period of the Samsung Gear S3 has already begun in Canada. The product's list page has a November 18 shipping date for the Gear S3, suggesting that Canada will also be among the countries that will see the new smartwatch model by mid-November.
Likewise, the branch of Samsung in the Netherlands also claimed earlier that the release of the Gear S3 will fall on November 4, which is quite earlier than the anticipated mid-November market launching of the Samsung smartwatch. For now, it is believed that the Samsung Gears S3 will cost around $357 USD or €325. In South Korea, this is equivalent to 400,000 Korean Won. The Canada listing shows $469.99 CAD price for the Gear S3.
Meanwhile, tech enthusiasts are expecting a lot of improvements in the new Galaxy S3 smartwatch. Its predecessor, the Samsung Gear S2, is a great partner device for a regular user, but there is always a room for improvement. As reported by Tech Times, the Gear S3 will be the most recent Tizen-based smartwatch from Samsung, and for this year, it will have two sophisticated variants. These variants include the classic Gear S3 that has a fancy design, while the Gear S3 frontier looks more ragged. Both variants are still identical in terms of specs, weight, and other features.
The Samsung Gears S3 is made of stainless steel with very high durability. It will also sport a 1.3-inch AMOLED screen display covered by Gorilla Glass SR+ that is known to be more resistant compared to the Gorilla Glass 3 of Gear S2.
