The Green Meanie's killing streak continues and seems to have gained ground now that he/she has found an ally in Hester (Lea Michelle). After the death of two significant characters in two consecutive episodes, the Green Meanie looks to be following a newer and bolder trend in choosing his/her next victims.

According to the episode synopsis on TV Guide, episode 5 of "Scream Queens" season 2 will feature the consequences of the terrifying events during the Halloween celebrations at C.U.R.E. Institute. Dr. Munsch will have no choice but to come clean to the authorities about the murders happening in her hospital. However, instead of discrediting C.U.R.E., this will have the counter-effect of luring more patients in.

Chanel (Emma Roberts) will take advantage of the sudden influx of patients by attempting to recruit as many of them as she can into her posse, the Chanels. However, one of these patient's problems may drive the C.U.R.E. staff insane.

Meanwhile, Zayday (Keke Palmer) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) will team up to pay a visit to someone with a significant connection to the hospital's past. It is worth noting that Chanel #5 has also just survived a close encounter with the Green Meanie for the second time. Will this detail prove to be significant in unraveling the mystery behind the identity of this season's killer?

The preview for the episode titled, "Chanel Pour Homme-icide," also shows the return of Dr. Hoffel (Kirstie Alley), who will be terrorizing the Chanels by making them rinse used catheter tubes. The episode promises to be the deadliest one yet.

Since series creator Ryan Murphy has recently teased via E! News that future episodes of "Scream Queens" will now be featuring a major character's death, fans of FOX's horror comedy series are on the edge of their seats wondering who will be killed off next.

The next episode of "Scream Queens" is scheduled to air on Nov. 1, Tuesday, at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX. However, this schedule may be preempted if the World Series goes into game six.
