More shocking, explosive and bloody scenes await fans of the FX's hit drama "Sons of Anarchy" as its seventh and final season began airing last Sept. 9.

Actor Theo Rossi, who plays the character Juice, disclosed that "there is a lot of deaths this year."

"There is no tomorrow, as they said in Rocky. So every episode is kind of like a finale just like that first one was. And there's a lot of characters that are not long for the world," Rossi was quoted as saying in Entertainment Weekly.

The premiere of the final season of "Sons of Anarchy" drew 6.2 million viewers, with the figure rising to 9.3 million in three days. Those were network highs for an FX series telecast.

The first episode of Season 7 unfolded 10 days after the Season 6 finale which saw one of the most shocking events in "Sons of Anarchy." In that finale, Gemma drunkenly fatally stabs Tara in the head with a carving fork as her head falls into a sink full of dishwater.

Season 7's premiere started with a bang as Jax, wearing his familiar orange inmate jumpsuit, gunned down several members of the Lin Triad Chinese gang after his mother Gemma framed the Asian crime organization for the murder of Tara.

Episode 2, "Toil and Tell," followed a week later. In contrast to the previous week's violence, the episode started quietly with Jax waking up in an empty house, staring at the spot where Tara was killed.

But the pensive mood was quickly shattered when Jax and SAMCRO attacked Henry Lin and his criminal network, which used to be his ally.

Jax, together with Bobby and Chibs, then shot dead two of the Indian Hills' men, and then set up Lin's heroin and guns to make it look like the Indian Hills was behind the attack on Lin's group earlier.

Meanwhile, series producer Paris Barclay gave a clue on who among the members of the Sons of Anarchy gan would be killed off as a result of gang warfare. "They send me tweets about, like, 'Please save Juice!' I'm doing everything I can, but it may be in vain, I have to warn you," Barclay told E Online. "I don't think you can expect Juice to make it to the end," he added.
