'Suits' season 6 episode 13 spoilers, news: Rachel takes a hit because of Mike; Harvey finds a way for Mike to become a lawyer
Someone is targeting Rachel (Meghan Markle) because of Mike (Patrick J. Adams). Meanwhile, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) brings Mike the opportunity to become a lawyer.
In the upcoming 13th episode of "Suits" season 6 titled "Teeth, Nose, Teeth," Rachel finds out that she's being prevented from getting into the bar. The synopsis for the episode reads: "Rachel receives a letter that creates an unexpected issue for Harvey and Louis (Rick Hoffman). Mike's mentorship of Oliver (Jordan Johnson-Hinds) and Marissa (Athena Karkanis) gets put to the test. And Donna gets a surprise from the IT department."
As seen from the episode promo, Louis brings the letter to Rachel to Harvey, who concludes that she's been targeted because Mike got out of prison early. This might urge Rachel to turn down Louis' offer of becoming a second-year associate for Specter Litt and working for her father.
In an interview with TV Guide, executive producer Aaron Korsh mentioned that Rachel will soon be working with Katrina (Amanda Schull) and that she will be working hard to prove herself as a capable lawyer.
Meanwhile, Harvey brings good news that he has found a way for Mike to become an actual lawyer. However, Mike rejects the idea, leaving Harvey bewildered at his response.
Korsh shared that Mike will be resisting to come back to the firm at all costs.
"He still feels remorse and some of it is desire to look back on the end of his life and feel proud of helping others. He really is determined to do that and he's going to try to do it," Korsh explained.
The showrunner added that someone from Mike's past will show up in the upcoming episodes that will provide an unexpected opportunity, which Mike will take advantage of.
"Suits" season 6 airs every Wednesday night at 10 p.m. ET on USA.
