Target, Walmart Black Friday 2016 deals, discounts on iPads, Xbox One S, PS4, TVs: Electronics offered at 50% off
Consumers are just days away from Black Friday, one of the biggest and most eagerly awaited discount shopping events of the year.
For this year's Black Friday, Target and Walmart, two of the biggest retailers, are offering an assortment of sales, discounts, and promos for their loyal customers.
Ahead of Thanksgiving and Black Friday 2016, Target has already begun offering deep discounts for iPads, gaming consoles, TVs, household items, toys, apparel and more. It recently put out its 40-page Black Friday flyer featuring a wide variety of on-sale items, including an iPad mini for just $199.79, a Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV for just $697.99, an iPad Pro 9.7-inch for just $449, and a variety of other discounted electronics.
The iPad Air 2, which usually sells for $399.99, will be offered at $274. The Apple Watch Series 1, which is usually $269.99, will be sold for just $198. The Powerbeats 2 Wireless Earphones, usually $199.99, are now only $89.99. The Fitbit Charge HR is just $89.95 from its regular $129.95 price tag.
Gamers will be happy to know that the Xbox One S Console 500 GB Battlefield 1 or Minecraft Bundle, which comes with a $40 Target Gift Card, will be available for just $249.99, down $50 from its regular price. Selected video games will be sold for $29.99, down from the usual $59.99.
Beginning Saturday, Nov. 19, Target will be offering daily discounts on some of their most popular items. This promo will run until Monday, Nov. 28. Target is currently offering free shipping until New Year's Day.
Online shoppers will be glad to learn that Walmart has "dramatically increas[ed]" its inventory and is currently offering around 50 percent more items on its website for Black Friday 2016 than it did last year.
The retailer has already begun offering huge deals on a massive number of discounted items, including gadgets, home electronics, toys and many more.
The Sony PlayStation 4 Slim 500 GB Uncharted 4 Edition, which is usually $299, will be available in-store on Black Friday at just $250. The 60-inch Samsung UN60KU6270 LCD Smart TV with 4K resolution, which is $1,099, will be available for just $648.
Target is offering a $70 discount for the Apple iPad mini 2, which is usually $199. The Samsung Galaxy S6 will be available off-contract for $249 from its usual $399 price tag.
Both Walmart and Target will be open on Thanksgiving. Black Friday sales kick off at stores nationwide at 6 p.m. on that day.
