'The 100' season 4 spoilers: filming complete; Bellamy and Echo become irreconcilable
Filming for "The 100" season 4 has wrapped. The cast and crew took to Twitter to celebrate the achievement of creating what is being teased is the post-apocalyptic drama's darkest season yet.
"Last day of shooting for The 100 season 4. Thanks to our fabulous cast and crew. You're amazing. Every single one of you," co-producer Justine Juel Gillmer tweeted out.
The writers also celebrated the last day of the production on "The 100" season 4 through their official Twitter account by thanking fans for their support. "We couldn't have done it without the best cast and crew in the business!" they tweeted. "We also couldn't have done it without our amazing fans. Your passion is unbelievable!" they said in another tweet.
"The 100" season 4 will see Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and company deal with their harsh new reality concocted by A.L.I.E. (Erica Cerra). The world is facing a nuclear meltdown.
They are not seeing eye to eye with regard to how to deal with it. Some just want to live their remaining days to the fullest while Clarke and Bellamy (Bob Morley) want to survive and make sure the others do too.
"The 100" season 4 will start with an episode titled "Echoes." Here, Echo (Tasya Teles) will make it known how she detests Clarke for putting the world in the horrible situation it is in. This leads her to convince Roan (Zach McGowan) to wage war against Clarke and eventually kill Wanheda to take over. This pits her directly against Bellamy.
According to Hypable, they will clash in "The 100" season 4. The site also teases that there might no longer be any chance for them to reconcile.
Bellamy also has Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) to worry about. With his sister going down a dark path as she seeks to bring to justice the people responsible for Lincoln's (Ricky Whittle) death.
"The 100" season 4 premieres Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
