The production for "The 100" season 4 has officially begun, and photos and updates from behind the scenes flood the internet.

The writers of the show have been sharing photos of the cast members as well as the crew. A new one shows the whole Azgeda crew with executive producer Jason Rothenberg.

There is also a photo of Bob Morley who plays Bellamy and Eliza Taylor who plays "The 100" heroine Clarke all smiles as they pose for a photo in between takes.

There is also a candid photo of Henry Ian Cusick, who plays the role of Kane in the series, who also beamed as he relaxed during the break.

The writers also hinted that "The 100" season 4 may once again stage an all-out carnage. This was teased in one of their tweets that read: "OH on the set of S4: "Do you want a pile of bodies here?"

Of course, fans of "The 100" should be used to deaths by now as the show has killed off tons of characters, may they be minor or major characters.

Lexa's (Alycia Debnam-Carey) death is still being mourned by many and so is Lincoln's (Ricky Whittle), which will be fully taking its toll on Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) in "The 100" season 4.

Meanwhile, Lindsey Morgan, who plays Raven on the show, seems to be hinting romance between her character and King Roan (Zach McGowan).

During Taylor, Morgan and McGowan's visit at the Dragon Con, Morgan teased Ice Mechanic, which is the pairing's pet name. Some took it to mean that they might get together in "The 100" season 4.

It is a mystery if the new season will see the two couple up, but it should be interesting to see a relationship between the two.

Meanwhile, a new character will be added in "The 100" season 4 in the person of Chai Romruen. He will play the role of a Grounder named Ilan, who, as per Deadline's description, is "haunted by the horrors he committed while under Alie's (Erica Cerra) control."

"The 100" season 4 will premiere on The CW early next year.
