'The Bachelor' 2017 updates: Nick Viall finds himself performing in front of Backstreet Boys' audience
Nick Viall will try to charm his way to become one of the Backstreet Boys in the next episode of "The Bachelor" 2017.
Week 3 of the long-running reality dating competition, Nick will bring seven contestants on a group date at an upcoming Backstreet Boys concert. But instead of just watching from the sidelines, Nick and the women will find themselves rehearsing with the boyband because they will perform in front of the audience during the actual concert itself.
Based on the photos released by ABC, Nick and the girls including Danielle L., Kristina, Jasmine, Whitney, Corinne, Christen and Taylor will meet up with Backstreet Boys members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, A.J. McLean, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell backstage to practice their song-and-dance number for the concert.
It seems like this year's Bachelor was initially uncomfortable with his moves, but the boyband managed to get him out of his shell and inspire him to perform better.
Aside from the seven contestants, the Backstreet Boys will also spot former "The Bachelor" contestants Ashley Iaconetti and Becca Tilley from Chris Soules season to come up and be serenaded on stage.
For Nick's second group date with the rest of the women, he will bring them at a track and field stadium to meet up with Olympians Allyson Felix, Michelle Carter and Carl Lewis.
But despite the lineup of fun group dates in the third week of "The Bachelor" 2017, one of the women is in the line of fire after her antics in week 2 — Corinne Olympios, who deliberately loosened her bikini top during the beach-themed photo shoot and placed Nick's hand on top of her breast to cover her. This did not sit well with most of the women on the show, as well as the fans of the series.
But in her Instagram account, the 24-year-old business owner from Miami, Florida claimed that she does not care about the criticisms being thrown her way. "It takes guts to be in that situation and you will see the inner me unravel quite soon," Corinne wrote in her post.
ABC will air the Week 3 episode of "The Bachelor" 2017 on Monday, Jan. 16.
