'The Big Bang Theory' Season 8 Spoilers: Sheldon Hates Christmas
"The Big Bang Theory" will skip one week and return on Dec. 11, 8 p.m., ET/PT, on the CBS for an episode titled "Room Infiltration."
CBS' official synopsis reads: "Leonard and Wolowitz turn to Raj for help in dealing with a work emergency. Also, Amy throws an authentic Victorian Christmas party, and Sheldon seeks revenge on her for making him celebrate the holidays."
While Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) experiments on Christmas Eve, a bird gets into the university cleanroom and causes a mishap. To avoid causing more damage and to protect their work, the two friends do their best to keep the bird away from their experiment.
Meanwhile, Amy (Mayim Bialik) throws a Victorian-themed party. Sheldon (Jim Parsons) finds Amy's plans in violation of his, and plans to take revenge for forcing him to celebrate the holidays, which he usually does not. Raj then reveals an emotional situation he is in as his parents decide to get a divorce.
While the friends go out to purchase a Christmas tree, Sheldon is forced to kiss Amy, which further infuriates him. To try to make Amy unhappy, he gives him a gift, thinking that receiving presents makes people irritated.
Although many fans have not gotten over last Christmas' episode about Sheldon giving Penny a "special" Christmas gift that was the DNA of Leonard, it was one of the best ever for the show. With this in mind, some fans are somewhat surprised about Sheldon hating Christmas all of a sudden, which somewhat turn things around for him.
This may not be the case, but we have to find out in another hilarious episode of "The Big Bang Theory" next Thursday.
