The upcoming installment of the hit movie series "The Fast and the Furious" will bring more car-chasing and action-packed vehicle stunts in the next installment. The official title of the upcoming movie is "The Fate of the Furious," which is slated to be released next year.

A teaser has already been released to showcase what the movie all about. As expected, Dominic Torreto is seen with his group in a new landscape, controlling vehicles in an icy setting. Yes, this time, the movie will take the audience to the Iceland with the usual heart-pumping scenes that the movie is known for.

The clip is only 16-seconds long, but it already promises an adventure that the group will encounter. "The Fast and the Furious 8" adds F. Gary Gray as the director of the franchise. The previous movie was directed by James Wan.

"The Fast and the Furious 8" is highly anticipated since this is the first time in the movie that no Paul Walker will be seen. It can be remembered that Walker died in a car crash while still filming the 7th installment. The movie was able to receive good reviews, and the tribute song "It's Been a Long Day" by Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa, which was featured at the end of the movie, made it good in the airwaves.

Meanwhile, fans of "The Fast and the Furious" are talking about the new villain Charlize Theron, who appeared in the video trailer. The actress is seen with her long, blond hair tied in a knot while sporting a fierce black jacket. According to the trailer, the action sequence contains Mad Max-like scenes.

It was in May when photos of Theron were circulated around many entertainment websites showing her carrying machine guns and a black Metallica stop that reads: "Metal Up Your Ass." This has heightened the anticipation for the movie even more.

"The Fate of the Furious" is set to hit theaters on April 14, 2017.
