Jude (Hayden Byerly) heads down a dangerous path, while Brandon (David Lambert) helps Emma (Amanda Leighton) overcome a tough situation on the upcoming episode of Freeform's "The Fosters" season 4.

Titled "Sex Ed," next week's episode will see the Foster-Adams siblings deal with relationship issues. According to the official synopsis, Emma deals with a difficult situation, and Brandon gives her emotional support, leading Jesus (Noah Centineo) to become suspicious about their friendship. Callie (Maia Mitchell) creates a provocative art piece for her senior project inspired by her foster care experiences. However, the school administration asks her to take it down before the school Open House even begins.

Meanwhile, Jude discovers that LGBT sex is not part of his sex education class. In order to gain knowledge about it, he tries out a dating app for adults, putting himself in harm's way.

Freeform has released a new promo for the episode, and it opens with Jesus breaking down while Stef (Teri Polo) tries to calm him down. Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) enters Brandon's room and asks him, "What's going on?" The next scene reveals that Jesus was crying because he had a huge confrontation with Brandon. "You're screwing my brother," a furious Jesus accuses Emma. Brandon tells him to "calm down," but Jesus can't control his emotions, so he knocks over a glass beside him.

In a recent interview, Centineo explained how Jesus' head injury will change him. "A side effect of having a [traumatic brain injury] is emotional flares," he told TV Guide. "You get very emotional. It's like resetting your emotional clock to a much younger age. You're prone to tantrums or frustrations or crying or outbreaks of rage or even bi-polar," he went on to say.

The actor added that Jesus' family will also struggle as they try to give him the care he needs. "Jesus goes through a lot in this process of trying to recover and his family goes through it with them, watching one of their family members go through such an arduous, difficult experience," he continued, adding, "There's a lot of stuff to come for sure."

The fourth season of "The Fosters" airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
