Filming for "The Originals" season 4 has already been completed. There will only be 12 episodes for this season so the production was completed faster.

The cast and crew will be out to celebrate with a wrap party. They also took the festivities to social media, where they reveled on the milestone.

"Goodbye 412, hello season finale courtesy of the amazing Michael Narducci, Bethany Rooney and an insanely talented cast and crew," producer Michelle Paradise tweeted.

Paradise also shared morsels of details about "The Originals" season 4. "A lot of awesome stuff happens in the pages before this ... Blood is spilled, lips are kissed, vows are made, magic is done," the writer teased.

"In any event, there's action, there's dialogue, there are exciting act outs and then, at the end of it all, there's an even more exciting ...," she went on to say, leaving it hanging for fans to figure out.

"The Originals" season 4 is set five years after the events in the previous season that left the Mikaelson family helpless with Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) on the run to find a way to help them.

Klaus (Joseph Morgan) is still being held captive by his surrogate son, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis). Although he knows where he is coming from, Klaus is prepared to fight him and make him pay for what he did.

Baby hope will be baby no more in "The Originals" season 4. All these years, Klaus missed seeing her grow up, but he will do whatever he can to reunite with her again.

As for Marcel, it is rumored that he will meet someone that will make him fall in love — Sofya (played by Taylor Cole). She is a smart and "badass" vampire whose skills are highly sought after in the black market.

Marcel will seek her service although their business dealings are rumored to go beyond and the two are rumored to get together.

"The Originals" season 4 premieres Friday, March 17, at 8 p.m. ET, the week after "The Vampire Diaries" airs its series finale.
