The show's producers seem to know their cast members very well, as they offered the women of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" a great sum of money in order to keep their feud off social media.

Radar Online reported that each cast member was offered a bonus amounting to $30,000 for them to keep their fights outside of social media and save them for when the cameras are rolling. According to the publication's unnamed source, this was to keep the upcoming episodes a surprise for the show's viewers. The catch of the bonus is that they will only be able to claim the money if they hold up to their end of the deal.

Season 12 of "The Real Housewives of Orange Country" has just started filming. The cast has carried over their on-screen fights on social media several times.

Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, and Tamra Judge have been confirmed to return for season 12 of the show. Lydia McLaughlin, who stopped being a full-time cast member in season 8, is also expected to come back. Meghan King Edmonds, on the other hand, will no longer be returning for the twelfth season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." New cast members will also be brought in.

Heather Dubrow previously announced that she will no longer be returning as a cast member. She has since revealed that the reason why she left the show was so that she can save her marriage. She is set to appear in "Young & Hungry," a comedy show on Freeform.

Meanwhile, Gunvalson told TMZ that she recently caught one of her employees, who was under her wing for only two months, embezzling thousands of dollars from her business. She promptly fired the man and filed a police report.

The premiere of season 12 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" has not been announced as of writing.
