'The Walking Dead' season 7 spoilers, update: First victim of Negan revealed
"The Walking Dead" season 7 is almost ready to land and fans are thrilled for it to hit the small screen again. The previous installment left so many cliffhangers and finally, viewers are going to get answers.
According to reports, season 7 is going to be an intense one because of the arrival of the new big bad, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). He is expected to make everyone's lives miserable and bloody and that's all going to be seen at the beginning of the show.
Spoilers said that Negan will be killing a major character as early as episode 1. The identity of the unlucky victim is carefully kept under wraps by the show but serial tipster The Spoiling Dead Fans (TSDF) shared major details on what's going to happen in the first episode.
Fans already know that Negan bashed someone with his deadly baseball bat, Lucille. No one know who it is though — not even the cast as reported by Us Weekly. But TSDF said that the first death goes to none other than Abe (Michael Cudlitz). But because it seems like the writers are not satisfied with just one character, another one will get a taste of Lucille.
Producer Greg Nicotero already hinted on two deaths in a previous chat with Us Weekly. Though he did not mention anything further, TSDF said that the second unfortunate character is Glenn (Steven Yeun).
It's also detailed that fans will get to see the bashing happen and the team will be forced to move the lifeless bodies of Glenn and Abe into the truck to transfer them to Hilltop. Apparently, this is going to be a very emotional scene.
As of now, nothing is really certain yet. Even if TSDF has a long history of accurate spoilers, anything can happen. Fans will just have to stay tuned and catch "The Walking Dead" season 7 on Sunday, Oct. 23, at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
