'The Young and the Restless' spoilers: Nick finds out the truth; Dylan badly hurt

Nick loses control. | CBS

Sharon's (Sharon Case) time is up in "The Young and the Restless." After trying to suppress the truth from coming out for so long, Sharon is finally going to be busted.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Patty (Stacy Haiduk) will be spilling the beans herself. She will be giving Nick (Joshua Morrow) a call. Nick was about to leave The Underground when the phone rang and on the other line is none other than Patty who will be telling him that there is something that he needs to know.

Patty will divulge that baby Christian is alive and that he is with Sharon. Nick will be shocked by the news. After all this time, he can't believe that the baby he thought was dead is alive and he has been seeing him for some time already. Spoilers reveal that he will confront Sharon about the claim and try to figure things out.

Sharon will be caught in the moment and will be forced to confess everything. Reports said that Nick will be relieved to know that his son is alive but he will never get over the fact that Sharon deceived him. He will be angry at Sharon and there's no telling when he will be able to forgive her.

Meanwhile, reports said that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will notify Victor (Eric Braeden) about Nick finding out about baby Sully's real identity. Only Chelsea and Victor know the whole truth — that baby Christian is not Nick's child.

The real father of the baby is Adam (Justin Hartley) but it's still to be known if they will also tell Nick the truth about this. He will be heartbroken if he finds out that Sage's (Kelly Sullivan) child is not his after all.

But it's not only Nick who is going to be hurt by the whole ordeal. Dylan (Steve Burton) will also be in pain once he finds out that baby Sully isn't his child. He has waited for a child for so long and now the baby he has learned to love will be taken away from him.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
