'Tom Clancy's The Division' updates: new mission discovered in Hell's Kitchen?
While waiting for the release of the patch 1.6 update of "Tom Clancy's The Division," keen observers discovered a series of codes that is believed to be the game's upcoming mission.
Reddit user Dark Saucy claimed that an inaccessible mission can be found in Hell's Kitchen, which can only be seen on the map if players have an HVT above the area.
The possible mission is labeled as the "Midtown West Clinic," which reportedly comes with a Matchmaking and Deselect features. Based on the notes attached, it will be a non-operational and off-the-grid clinic. The description for the rumored mission also stated, "Staff evacuated to nearby JTF facilities. Bratva presence reported in the area, suspected infiltration of clinic. District medical support at risk. No current JTF presence."
Since the presence of the Bratva was mentioned in the description, it can be expected that the Russian mafia or the Rikers could be involved in the game's possible mission. This is not a surprising move from Ubisoft, since the Bratva presence was noticed in a past promotional trailer for the "Tom Clancy's The Division" Companion App.
However, the game developer has yet to make a statement regarding the rumored mission.
Meanwhile, Ubisoft revealed the latest maintenance update for "Tom Clancy's The Division" that came out Friday, Jan. 13.
According to the game developer, two major issues had been fixed. It includes the rapid increase of players' experience by incessantly resetting missions. To fix this, Ubisoft now imposes a cooldown period when resetting a mission after several times and destroy a skill once the mission had been reset.
The game developer also fixed the issue in which players find themselves earning an extra wing when they join the group of another player.
Ubisoft is also expected to reveal the release date of "Tom Clancy's The Division" patch 1.6 update in the coming days.
