'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' chapter 8 spoilers: Naruto and Sasuke to battle against the combined powers of Momoshiki and Kinshiki?
"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" has received a lot of positive reviews from the fans of the original manga after the release of its first seven chapters. Hence, many manga fans are anticipating the arrival of chapter 8 and are eager to learn more about Boruto's quest of saving his father Naruto.
It can be recalled that in chapter 7, the father-and-son relationship of Naruto and Boruto had taken a dramatic turn when Naruto apologized to his son Boruto for making him feel like he was unappreciated. After the apology, Boruto decided to ask his father about his adventures when he was younger. However, their conversation got disrupted with the arrival of Momoshiki and Kinshiki of the Otsutsuki clan.
As reported by Christian Today, there are speculations that "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" chapter 8 will showcase an intense battle involving Naruto and Sasuke fighting against Momoshiki.
According to Parent Herald, Momoshiki will turn Kinshiki into a chakra ball and consume him in order to reinforce his own powers and abilities. The two members of the Otsutsuki clan will merge into a very powerful being that Naruto and Sasuke will have a hard time defeating.
However, Naruto and Sasuke won't be completely defeated. Spoilers reveal that they will both escape the trap set by Momoshiki. They will also combine Naruto's Kurama mode and Sasuke's Complete Body Susanoo to defeat the merged powers of Momshiki and Kinshiki.
Aside from the success of the manga, there are also reports that an anime version of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' is being developed. According to The Bitbag, the anime version had been confirmed during the Jump Special Anime Festa 2016 in November.
The anime version is expected to feature the storyline including Boruto's fight against Kinshiki and Momoshiki. It will also feature Boruto as a ninja and showcase his battle with Kawaki. A new antagonist will also be featured in the adaptation.
