Disney Channel has yet to renew its spin-off series "Girl Meets World" for another season. The long wait is making fans expect the worst. Recently, reports have been suggesting the possibility of Disney canceling the TV show thus, ending it with season 3.

Though nothing is certain as of now, reports are speculating that the network will cancel the TV show. Disney has reportedly left hints to suggest the possibility. According to reports, the following episode titles for "Girl Meets World" season 3 suggest that Riley (Rowan Blanchard), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) and Lucas' (Peyton Meyer) stories are coming to an end.

For this month, an episode titled "Mortimer Twigglebottom Smyth" will air. Just in time for the holidays, the show will premiere "A Christmas Maya Carol." And in January, the show will present an episode titled "World Meets Girl, Sweet 16, Goodbye."

Fans have reacted to the tweet, telling the writers that they don't want to say goodbye. They have expressed their desire for season 4, but Disney has yet to confirm if they are canceling the show.

In the upcoming episode of the show, Riley and her classmates will have a shot at living the life of famous celebrities. A casting director will be allowing their class to audition for the needed parts in the film. Maya, on the other hand, will sabotage another actress' shot at the role, so her mother could land the part. The writers teased that Maya will attempt to kidnap the movie star. They wrote on Twitter, "Two mothers cause two teenage girls hurt, pain and humiliation just because Riley is selfish and Maya kidnaps a movie star. GMW: November."

Since Disney has yet to confirm the latest cancelation rumor, fans of "Girl Meets World" should treat the latest reports as speculation until proven otherwise.

"Girl Meets World" season 3 airs Fridays at 8:30 p.m. EST on Disney Channel.
