Alex (Justin Chambers) makes a huge decision that could have life-changing consequences, on the Winter finale of ABC's long-running medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.

Titled "You Haven't Done Nothin,'" next week's episode will see Alex face one of the most difficult days of his life. According to the official synopsis for episode 9, Alex makes a big decision, thinking that he is going to jail tomorrow. Victims of a building collapse render the hospital overcrowded, while Eliza's (guest star Marika Dominczyk) presence at Grey Sloan leads Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) to demand answers from Bailey (Chandra Wilson).

Entertainment Weekly recently got a chance to speak with "Grey's Anatomy" stars Kelly McCreary, Jason George, Jerrika Hinton, and Giacomo Gianniotti to know more about what lies ahead as the series nears its midseason finale. When asked to give one word to describe the episode, George hinted that there will be "justice." Even though it's unclear if it will favor Alex or another character in the series, George explained his answer and said: "There are certainly a couple long-coming truths that are revealed."

McCreary said "rubble," which could possibly pertain to the building collapse victims who will be rushed to Grey Sloan. "Complicated" was how Hinton described the winter finale, which pretty much sums up the story based on what happened in the previous episodes.

As for the blossoming relationship between DeLuca (Gianniotti) and Jo (Camilla Luddington), it seems that the dynamic between the two characters will get more interesting. Viewers will see them have a deeper connection as the story progresses. "They've gotten really close through this trial," Giannotti explained. "He's found a real friend in her, and through that, maybe something more than that has developed."
