Members of the Islamic State terror group reportedly decapitated a 4-year-old girl in Raqqa, Syria, when the mother refused to follow through with her threat to her daugher. They then forced the mother to soak her hands into the girl's blood.

"A mother told her 4-year daughter to go home and she refused," a woman who escaped from the terrorists told Al Alam International News Channel. "And then the mother told her unintentionally 'go home and I swear to God that I will behead you if you don't'."

One of the members of ISIS heard the mother say this and he told her, "Since you swore to God you should behead her." When the mother refused, they did it themselves.

"But they beheaded the little girl and soaked her mother's hands in her daughter's blood," the woman said.

The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, told the news agency that the street of Tal Abyaz street to the al-Naeem square is being used to incite terror among the people -- it is said to be filled with the heads of those slaughtered.

"They rape women, take children to war, loot houses and threaten people in Raqqa with beheadings if they don't agree with their daughters' marriage with the ISIS members," she said.

Although the woman's story could not be confirmed by an independent source, there have been other stories of the inhumane acts conducted by members of the terror group. In December last year, Al Sumaria reported of a 4-year-old boy in Al-Shirqat district who was blown up via a remote-controlled bomb attached to his person. The boy's death came a week after his father was executed.

In December 2014, four kids under 15 were beheaded for refusing to denounce Christianity.

"ISIS turned up and they said to the children, 'you say the words that you will follow Muhammad'," narrated Canon Andrew White aka "Vicar of Baghdad".

The kids refused and said they have always loved and followed Jesus.

"[The militants] said, 'Say the words!' [but the children] said, 'No, we can't do that'," narrated White. "They chopped all their heads off."
