'One Piece' chapter 846 spoilers: Sanji and Pudding wed as Luffy faces the Enraged Army

"One Piece" is a long-running manga series written by Eiichiro Oda and has been serialized on the "Weekly Shounen Jump" magazine since 1997. | "One Piece" manga official website

Luffy has never been known for being receptive to good advice. However, he also prides himself to be a good and loyal friend who will never break a promise under any circumstances, even if it ultimately costs him his life.

"One Piece" chapter 846 may finally see the long overdue, although not exactly anticipated, political marriage between Sanji and Pudding. It may also feature Luffy caught up in yet another huge fight against Big Mom's Enraged Army.

Then again, there's still a full night to go before Sanji surrenders his singlehood for wedded bliss, and a lot of things can happen. Will Luffy succeed in defending his post as the Enraged Army closes in on him, or will Sanji have a change of heart and save his friend from his own stubbornness?

Another possibility is for Pudding to make an appeal to Big Mom about letting Sanji's friends off the island alive — not that this will make much of a difference considering how Luffy is also determined to get his friend back. Although Chopper still poses another way of salvation for Sanji via a possible escape route through Brûlée's mirror world, Sanji already seems determined to leave his life with the Straw Hats behind, and may no longer be keen on the idea of running away.

Whose tenacity will eventually win in the end? Will it be Luffy's, who only wants what's best for his friend, or will it be Sanji's who is willingly sacrificing his own happiness in exchange for his friends' safety?

Sources speculated that chapter 846 may see Luffy and Nami getting captured, which could potentially cause more trouble for Sanji down the line. If he comes face to face with Luffy yet again, he may be forced to lash out to convince his friend that he no longer wants to have anything to do with the Straw Hats. And if and when they both make it through this ordeal, will they still be able to repair their damaged friendship?

"One Piece" will be taking a break next week as mentioned at the end of the previous chapter. It will return the following week with chapter 846 on the "Weekly Shounen Jump" magazine.
