Several fans have been waiting patiently for the second season of "One Punch Man." Since the next chapter of the highly popular anime series was confirmed earlier, there are a lot of rumors and speculations circulating on the internet regarding the possible turn of events in the life of the show's primary hero, Saitama.

According to Game N Guide, one of the interesting rumors regarding the second season of "One Punch Man" is Saitama's change of heart. Specifically, the latest spoilers suggest that Saitama is slowly turning into a mad man, getting furious over a crowd of people on the street. This is shown in one of the teasers for the next season, suggesting that something is odd about Saitama's sudden rage. Thus, there are rumors that Saitama will finally go more villain-like than a true hero in Season 2.

Still, Saitama still has to mind his future opponents that will challenge him as the most powerful warrior on Earth. To recall, Saitama's most powerful enemy was Lord Boros, and even though the villain has immense skills and power, the former was still able to defeat him. However, Lord Boros is rumored to make a dangerous comeback in Season 2, aiming to exact revenge on Saitama. He is also expected to be a lot stronger and deadlier than he was before his supposed death in Season 1, according to iTech Post.

On the other hand, Silver Fang's former student, Garou, is also expected to be an antagonist in "One Punch Man" Season 2. Garou is rumored to possess power that will rival that of Saitama, and for the first time ever, the hero will find it hard to defeat his new foe. Garou is said to have mastered the highly fatal "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist," putting Saitama's life at risk.

The online publication reported that the second season of "One Punch Man" will be released in the early months of 2017, contrary to the earlier rumors that Season 2 would air before the end of this year.
