Another Samsung device has joined the group of handsets from the company rumored to be release anytime soon. According to reports, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has recently emerged in press renders and tech observers suggest that it may hit the shelves sooner than expected.

Last year's Galaxy Tab S2 was a success so fans kind of expected the South Korean tech giant to follow it up with a new model. The Galaxy Tab S3 could be a much-improved device once it finally materializes, which will make it a worthy successor. There have been reports suggesting that two variants of Galaxy Tab S3 will come out in the market – first variant has an 8-inch screen, while the other gets a 9.7-inch display.

The popular tech tipster, Evan Blass, has helped to increase the hype of the Galaxy Tab S3 by posting leaked images on his personal Twitter account. The images show the 8-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 with its external features and design.

Although Samsung has yet to officially announce the handheld device, the Chinese regulatory site TENAA has already posted its specs and features. According to the agency, the upcoming device will carry an 8-inch AMOLED display technology with 1536 x 2048 pixels screen resolution. It is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor from Qualcomm, which runs at 1.8 GHz. It will also have 3 GB of RAM for optimal usage. According to the website, the device will get a 32-GB internal storage capacity, which will be expandable via a microSD card.

Other features include a 4,000 mAh battery to make sure it runs perfectly for a longer period of time. Primary snapper of the device is at 8-megapixel, while the front-facing camera will be at 2-megapixel.

Meanwhile, Samsung has yet to release concrete details with regard to its release date. Fans will have to stay tune for more information about the device.
