Good news for "The Sims 4" fanatics! It seems like the game will be brought to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platform by its game developer, Electronics Arts (EA). However, fans must not get too excited because it is said that the company may face several technical problems in the process of porting the game.

When "The Sims 4" was released in September two years ago, it was well received by many fans across the world. However, many gamers were hoping that the company will release another version of the game that would be compatible with console platforms. As of the moment, only Microsoft Windows PCs and Mac computers are able to run the title.

The company has been mum about an alleged plan to roll out another "The Sims 4" for consoles. All fans have now are just merely rumors and speculations. Previous reports have suggested that the company will release the game in the later part of 2016 for PlayStation 4 and XBox One; however, this has not been confirmed yet by EA.

Recent report regarding the said plan is that the company is currently having major issues in porting the life simulation video game series to a new platform. This is said to be the cause of delay and any plan of release this year might not happen because of the technical problems, which led them to believe that the new game may come out in 2017. Nevertheless, fans are still pretty confident that EA will finally find success in the porting process before 2016 ends.

In other news about "The Sims 4," it appears that EA will soon include "Pets" expansion in its series. This will be an exciting development for fans of the game as it will add more game mechanics. As of now, no official information has been provided by the company.
