WWE rumors: Paige leaving WWE for good?

As one of the most popular superstars in the women's division, Paige's return to the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is something that everyone is eagerly anticipating.

Aside from being one of the most popular, she is no slouch in the squared circle, either. In fact, many believe that Paige is one of the biggest reasons why the women's division is where it is at the moment.

There was once a time that the women's division, dubbed as the "Divas," were only seen as a glory break from all the action; to see beautiful women barely clothed battling each other for a title. It was unimpressive, and both men and women had their issues on it.

Then came Paige and her match with Emma at WWE NXT where it started to put women's wrestling on the map. The rest, as they say, is history.

However, Paige is now serving a suspension after violating the WWE's Wellness Policy. Her punishment is a 30-day suspension, but talks are circulating that Paige won't come back after serving her time.

One of the biggest reasons, according to reports, is her relationship with former WWE star Alberto Del Rio.

The two are romantically linked together, and problems between Del Rio and the WWE have resulted in the former's departure from the brand.

Paige's link to Del Rio may result in her having the same fate despite being one of the most popular stars in the brand.

All Wrestling News, along with Dave Meltzer, commented about the possibility of Paige not coming back.

Heavy also reported the same thing, with a quote of Meltzer saying: "But the fact that that story is out tells me that she is probably done with the company." He then continued on to say: "And if she is done with the company, well, I mean, that's gonna be tough...they're probably trying to maneuver to where she can be released and she can work elsewhere, because she is under contract for a long time, and WWE obviously would probably not want her working the entire term of the contract."

It should be interesting to see how this plays out and whether fans will get to see Paige back in action with the WWE.
