'Pretty Little Liars' season 7 episode 11 spoilers: A.D. is back; musical episode, time jump to be included in final 10 episodes
Just when the girls think they can rebuild their lives, A.D. sends them a gift that terrifies them all. Meanwhile, the executive producers of "Pretty Little Liars" tease that a musical and another time jump will be featured in the last 10 episodes of the show.
"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 returns on April 18 with episode 11, titled "Playtime." Since Noel Kahn died, the liars think that they can finally rebuild their lives and start anew.
However, as seen from the episode 11 sneak peek, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) called Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson), and Alison (Sahsa Pieterse) because of a big gift that came from A.D., with a card that says "It's playtime!"
Putting the threat of A.D. aside, Spencer and the girls still have a lot of issues to address in the last 10 episodes of "Pretty Little Liars."
"Spencer focuses on learning more about her connection to Mary Drake (Andrea Parker), while Aria and Ezra (Ian Harding) figure out what their future may hold now that Nicole (Rebecca Breeds) is back in the picture. Mona (Janel Parrish) helps Hanna get her fashion career back on track, and Emily struggles to balance things between Ali and Paige (Lindsey Shaw) now that the three of them are working at Rosewood High," the episode's listing on The Futon Critic reads.
Although there are only 10 episodes left until "Pretty Little Liars" ends, the executive producers promise a jam-packed season finale, including a musical episode and a time jump.
Executive producer Oliver Goldstick revealed at the recent Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena, California that they found a way to incorporate a musical in the final episodes of the show, Variety reports.
Meanwhile, series creator Marlene King confirmed that somewhere in the final 10 episodes, the storyline will jump forward by a year.
"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 returns with episode 11 on Tuesday, April 18, at 8 p.m. EDT on Freeform.
