Crew members working on the sequel to "The Bible" miniseries have reported seeing multiple images in the sky that some say may be signs from God.

Crew members are reportedly on location in Morocco to film the sequel to "The Bible" miniseries, entitled "A.D." Just like "The Bible," the film will be produced by Hollywood power couple Mark Burnett and Roma Downey.

The first sign that appeared in the sky happened earlier this week, when crew members reportedly spotted a cross-shaped cloud. More recently, crew members tweeted photos of what appeared to be a double rainbow overlooking their film set.

The double rainbow image reportedly appeared during the filming of a scene in which the Apostle Peter was healing a child.

"Many of our cast and crew including the actors who portray Peter and Stephen were on set. Everyone thought it was beautiful," producer Roma Downey, who starred in "Touched by an Angel," told TheBlaze regarding the image. "Peter [actor Adam Levy] immediately Instagrammed a picture of it."

"These images are totally authentic and arresting," Downey said. "They awestruck a hardworking crew of 300 people to stop and take photos."

The new "A.D." miniseries is set to premiere on NBC during Easter 2015. The new miniseries will pick up where "The Bible" left off, and viewers of the program are hoping that the sequel will be as enthralling as the original miniseries.

Downey previously said that she and her husband, Burnett, sought out a diverse cast for the show's sequel.

"Christianity is among the most diverse movements in history, so when Mark and I looked to bring this epic story of A.D. to life on NBC, it was important to us to find a cast as diverse and beautiful as the church is around the world," Downey said.
