Derick Dillard, Wife Jill Duggar Celebrate Baby Shower at Olive Garden

Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard of "19 Kids and Counting" fame were reportedly thrown a recent baby shower by their "church family" at a local Olive Garden Italian restaurant in Arkansas.

Both Jill and Derick shared photos from the event, including early birthday gifts given to Dillard that included a "baby ownership manual" and a onesie with instructions for a new father.

Photos posted to Jill's Instagram account show Dillard standing in front of nearly one dozen members of his "church family" at the Olive Garden during the shower, presumably playing a baby shower game or speaking to the group of friends and family.

As Jill and Derick prepare for the arrival of their baby in just a few short weeks, they also celebrated Dillard's birthday this week. On Tuesday, Dillard shared a photo of himself with his wife as he holds a Bible.

"Thank you to everybody, and especially my sweet wife @jillmdillard , for making this birthday the best one yet! #blessed," Dillard captioned the photo.

The couple is reportedly preparing to have a home birth for their first child, who is due to arrive just near nine months from their wedding last year.

"We're getting the birthing pool, things like that," Derick previously told People magazine. "We have a bassinet and a crib."

"I think my brother will be a great uncle," Derick said. "He has as much baby experience as I do, but he has lined things up already, planning to take our son camping someday. We'll both get to change our first diaper."
