Sadie Robertson, star of the hit A&E reality show "Duck Dynasty," recently announced her plans to partner with rain boot company Roma to design fashionable boots while donating a pair to a person in need for every pair sold.

Robertson announced her plans to partner with the Dallas-based boot company Roma to design a special boot line to be released in Fall 2016 via Instagram

"Can't wait for my new rain boot line with Roma to hit stores this fall! For each pair bought a child in poverty will get a pair. We are going to give poverty the boot. So honored to be apart of a great way to give back. #givepovertytheboot," Robertson shared via Instagram last week, posting a photo of herself posing with flower-print rain boots on.

Robertson shared another photo of her wearing a pair of black rain boots with small flower detailing and the caption "photo shoot today for my new collection! I have collaborated with Roma Rain Boots! they aren't out yet but there are a lot of styles coming your way soon :-) I can't wait for yall to see them all :-) #givepovertytheboot."

According to the Roma Boots website, the company's goal is to be a "socially conscious 'buy one give one' boot company that combines fashion with philanthropy to help impoverished children around the world."

The website adds that the company was founded in Dallas, Texas five years ago by Romanian-born Samuel Bistrian.
