Sadie Robertson Denies Engagement Rumors to High School Boyfriend

Sadie Robertson, one of the stars of the reality show "Duck Dynasty," recently addressed rumors over the weekend that she was engaged to boyfriend Blake Coward.

After walking the runway for designer Sherri Hill at New York Fashion Week, Robertson, 17, told Fox News that she is not in fact engaged to her high school sweetheart, Coward, who will play baseball in college next year.

"Ok, so everyone thinks I'm engaged. I'm not engaged. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for like a year and two months now so we're definitely in love I guess you could say, but we're not engaged. Actually my brother's getting married now so we're going to let him do his thing and maybe in the future," Robertson told Fox 411.

Robertson's older brother, 19-year-old John Luke, announced late last year that he was engaged to 18-year-old Louisiana Tech freshman Mary Kate McEacharn. The two reportedly met at a Christian summer camp and later shared a chemistry class in high school.

"I had always prayed God would bring a Christian boy into my life," McEacharn previously told Us Magazine. 

"When John Luke came into the picture, I figured God had placed him there. He's an awesome man of God. He's really funny, you never know what's going to happen with him. He's full of surprises. Plus, he's pretty cute."

Sadie Robertson, who is reportedly friends with McEacharn, has shared multiple pictures of her brother and his fiancé in support of their upcoming wedding, slated for June 2015.
