Sadie Robertson of "Duck Dynasty" fame recently opened up about her body image, saying that she looks to God for help when she is feeling overly critical of herself, including her looks.

Robertson recently released a YouTube video that quickly gained a viral following of over two million viewers in which she encourages viewers and fans, especially females in their teens, to be themselves and stop worrying about their body image and other personal flaws.

In the seven-minute video, Robertson encourages her fans to live original while also admitting to some of her own "imperfections."

"I struggle with jealousy, and I struggle with comparing myself to other people," Robertson says in the video. "I struggle with worry and I'm really hard on myself. I'm just like every other girl. I look in the mirror and I pick out the flaw, which is embarrassing but it's true. I overthink everything and I'm definitely not perfect at all. I have a hard time with people not liking me."

Robertson adds in the video that comparing oneself to others is a fruitless attempt at self-acceptance.

"Don't look at somebody and say, 'This is what I want to be,'" she said. "Because in reality if you are seeking self-approval or human approval, you are never going reach your goal. You can only reach it by God."

Robertson added in an interview with "Good Morning America" that her relationship with God has helped her through times of personal uncertainty.

"The thing is, it's like God is my rock for me. I'm not saying that you have to live that way," Robertson told "Good Morning America."

"I want to share my message because if it can help somebody it's worth it. That's just who I am. That's just what I believe," she added.
