Sadie Robertson Wishes Grandma 'Happy Birthday' on Instagram

Sadie Robertson, one of the stars of the A&E reality show "Duck Dynasty," recently posted a tribute on social media to her grandmother Chrys Howard, describing her relative as her "second mother."

The 17-year-old Robertson took to her Instagram account on Saturday, March 14 to wish her grandmother, Howard, a very special "happy birthday."

"I would like to give a huge happy birthday shout out to my 2mama, you are literally like my 2nd mama," Robertson wrote on the social media platform. "I can't imagine my life without you. You have helped raise me into the person I am today & I thank you so much for telling me everyday to be a good leader & example. That has always stuck with me & always will. Thank you for leading by example. Ps: you are the hottest grandma I have ever seen. Keep on rocking. I love you."

Robertson has been an avid supporter of her family on social media, recently sharing photos of herself not only with her maternal grandmother but also with her paternal grandfather, Phil Robertson, and his brother, Si Robertson.

"This picture completely describes us," Robertson captioned one photo of herself sitting between Uncle Si and Phil Robertson. Both Robertson and her Uncle Si are making funny expressions, while Phil Robertson is looking off to the side with a more serious expression.

In another photo, Robertson and her Uncle Si smile at the camera and the 17-year-old model shares advice Si gave to her Instagram followers: "stop following & lead JACK!"
