'Steven Universe' season 4 air date news, spoilers: Steven and Connie gets smarter; next episode titled 'Gem Harvest'?
Followers of animated television series "Steven Universe" are watching out for updates on its next air date. Apparently, the show stopped after its Sept. 15 episode titled "Onion Gangs." It had been following its regular Thursday schedule since August but now, it's missing in action and fans are wondering if that was the last of the show.
According to reports, "Steven Universe" season 4 has not been cancelled yet. It is said that the show is just in hiatus and it will be back with a brand new episode. Even though nothing has been confirmed by program creator Rebecca Sugar or Cartoon Network, word has it that the series will be airing an episode titled "Gem Harvest" this coming Thanksgiving Day on Nov. 24.
This rumor started from a thread on Reddit where it suggested that the purported episode will be featuring a flashback scene of the Thanksgiving celebration of the Crystal Gems and the people of Beach City. However, since none of the information released are official or confirmed, it's best to take them with a grain of salt.
There have been spoilers going around as well regarding the storylines of the upcoming episodes. According to a report, Steven and Connie will be learning new skills together. They will also get smarter and more focused not just in the academic area but in battling villains too.
Moreover, it's said that Connie and Steven will find the long lost book. After searching for it in the library, they will chance upon it and they will start learning about the ancient mysteries that have been written inside it.
Rumors also have it that one of the upcoming episodes will have Steven having a grand time, with the gang Rose quartz, Garnet and Crystal Gems playing some music with their own musical instruments. Steven may even be writing his own song on the spot.
"Steven Universe" is also reported to have short episodes for season 4. Titles are said to be "Lion Patiently Narrates Steven Cooking," "Crying Breakfast Friends Reaction Vid," "Gem Karaoke," "Steven's Song Time," and "Video Chat With Peridot and Lapis."
