'The Originals' season 4 spoilers: Rebekah and Davina might return; Klaus turns more monstrous?

Supernatural drama series "The Originals" has been renewed for a fourth run but it won't be back on the small screen until next year. That doesn't stop fans though from picking up spoilers that have surfaced on the web.
Spoilers claim that fan favorite characters may be returning. In a short interview with Access Hollywood, actress Claire Holt divulged that she is more than willing to go back to the series to reprise her role as Rebekah. She said that if all goes to plan, then she might possibly make a comeback. She did not reveal much but she teased that she may have talked to the producers.
She also shared that she loves her character as much as she loves her work. She said that she's attached to her work, to her role and even to her workmates so it's not a problem for her to go back even with a tight schedule as she is part of NBC's "Aquarius" TV show.
But it's not only Rebekah that fans will possibly see again in season 4. Rumors have it that Danielle Campbell may be back as Davina. But in an interview with TVLine, Campbell revealed that it's not certain that Davina will return to the series.
"A lot of it depends on story arcs and availability down the line, but I think it's going to be up in the air," Campbell stated.
She also revealed that the producers and writers are still working on the storyline for the new season. She is hopeful though that there will be a comeback for her character. Moreover, while the two female characters' return is still uncertain, Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) revival is expected in season 4. Spoilers suggest that Klaus will wake up from the pain-induced coma and there's going to be some changes in him.
He may be back stronger than ever and more monstrous than before. He is likely to be out for vengeance, feeding on his anger to go after the people that have placed him in the dark.
"The Originals" season 4 premiere is slated to air in January 2017.
